Where are you based?

We are an online only business, but we sometimes do go to markets. Follow us on social media to see when and where.

Do you use genuine leather in all your products?

Yes, we use 100% full grain bovine leather that has been ethically and locally sourced.

Are your bags lined?

Not all bags are lined. Toiletry bags are lined with a wipeable material. Make-up bags are lined with white or black floral lining.

Do you personalise?

Yes, we can engrave a short message or a name on most of our products to make it more personal for yourself or as a gift.

Please note that there is a difference between personalized and cutsomized products. We cannot make physical changes to any of our products, e.g. change size or move zips. 

When will my order be finished?

All our products are made to order and handmade, therefore it can take up to 10 business days to complete an order.

*We are sometimes affected by loadshedding and then there can be a delay on your order, but we will keep you updated!

How long does shipping take and what are the costs?

We ship all over South-Africa

Shipping times depend on your location:

  • 1-2 business days: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Krugersdorp, Springs, Rustenburg, Parys, Vanderbijlpark, Brits, Magaliesburg, Sandton, Carletonville, Nigel, Potchefstroom, Klerksdorp, Heildelberg-GP.
  • 2-5 business days: rest of South Africa

What payment methods do you use?

We use Payfast, payments will be secured.

Can I return/exchanged a product if faulty/damaged or unsatisfied.

If you bought one of our products and are not completely satisfied

with your purchase, please email us at info@olivecreations.co.za

with the reason, photos of the product and proof of purchase –

within 14 days of receiving your order. 

In the event of an exchange/return, we must be notified of the

parcel's shipping/delivery details within the same 14 days. The item

needs to be in the original unused condition and in

original undamaged packaging. ** Courier costs involved will be for

your own account.

Once we receive the item back, it will be inspected, and we will use

our own discretion to determine if the above stated conditions are met.

You will have an option for store credit or a refund. 

**Return/exchange requests past 14 days cannot be accepted**

Can I send you a design to make?

No, we design our own patterns for our products.
